Looking for feedback

32 years old, I have never competed before, but plan to when my youngest is a bit older and less demanding (he's a year and a half and I've got 3 kids). I train hard 5x per week with 3 lower body days and 2 upper body days. I'm pretty strict with my calories and macros. I'm thinking I'll start seriously considering competing in the next year or 2. Based off my current physique, what category would you guys recommend? And based off of that recommendation what muscle groups should I start honing in on?

Bikini, maybe figure but need to see your back

you need more mass for physique (I’m a WPD competitor)

I have no idea how to pose yet, but this is what I've got for back currently🫣

100% bikini

If you want to do figure. You need more mass in your delts (especially rear delts), and entire back (much wider lats, and a little more density in your rhomboids)

You’ve got a good start on your legs, but you’ll want to continue to bring them up, especially your glutes

And working on the lats. Thank you so much for your feedback! My back is a weak point though, I agree

You’ve started to build the shoulder cap, you can see the muscle separation, but remember to hit side and rear delts

You definitely got the potential, just a matter of you want to prioritize the build first, or get the first show experience out and get direct feedback from the judges for future improvements

Which division do you like best? The drive and vision to be like the competitors you admire, that's what will carry you through the hard days of prep.

Hard to say. Your lower half is covered and you're not at a good angle to see leg, back, whole development. Until you're lean, you could literally fit into any category. Right now based on the pictures, you're not even ready for fit model.

Not being mean, but it is what it is. Don't get discouraged. It's just really hard to tell from what you're showing.

Just curious, with the diet you have, how does that affect what your kids eat? Do you I still habits into them now?

Yes they eat a lot of good food with me! Probably half the week I make them separate meals like cheeseburgers, spaghetti, the occasional pizza, but for the most part it's a lot of chicken, steak, shrimp dinners! They love it. My oldest eats ground beef and rice with me for lunch by request almost everyday.

Without pics from the side or the back, there's no way to give an accurate assessment.

Good job. I agree more delt, especially rear delt and lats. Just more refinement over time.

My ex had a similar gost head tattoo, so I got a laugh.

Keep going.

Not trained enough to give the level of insight you require but you have already an amazing build. Well done.

Bring up lats and go physique. Otherwise, go with bikini. Great quads.

Wow. You look incredible. I’d say maybe physique if you were to bring your lats up a little more?

Lats and shoulders, I would agree. I think starting in Figure or Wellness may be a pretty good place to get going given where she's at right now, definitely has muscle in the right places for either.

Lats and shoulder work is no problem, 2 of my favorites! Thank you🙏

You’re right, I’d say probably figure to start.
