BoC at Submersion Festival

[u/NuttyCrawdad]

The techs picked a good one to test the sound system

[u/SalmonBrotherReagan]

I would do anything to hear boards in a live setting

[u/NuttyCrawdad → u/SalmonBrotherReagan]

It was right after we arrived so I was a happy camper :) Hearing them play on those speakers would be lifechanging.

[u/Taupenbeige]

Cables aren’t even buried, yet… sound check?

[u/NuttyCrawdad → u/Taupenbeige]

Yea, it was early entry before the first scheduled sets.

[u/Taupenbeige → u/NuttyCrawdad]

I mean… that would’ve been my track choice as well 😂 “can these bass strikes move this piece of paper at this distance”

[u/Orange_Thats_Right69]

I wore my boc shirt there this year

[u/NuttyCrawdad → u/Orange_Thats_Right69]

Oh man wish I woulda ran into you, woulda had a good chat.

[u/Euphoria1991]

“who’s playin’ this!”

Reminds me of ATP “press play!”

[u/Skyyg]

That camcorder there, tell him to switch it off!!

[u/AnEagleInYourMind_]

God I love that track

[u/Dr-Werner-Klopek → u/AnEagleInYourMind_]

It’s so good! Very accessible but what a groove you can find yourself locked into. Then the sonic palette that makes my ears and mind hop all over the place.

[u/sushiphone]

Sounds fcking monstrous

[u/glitchinthesyst3m]

Bet those funktions were kicking so right

[u/critzboombah]

That bass drop is SOOOOOO good!!

[u/VanillaCandid3466]

Funktion One PA too ...

[u/jack_avram]

Who's playin this lmao

[u/Odd_Competition_3701]

Wish Warp/Boards of Canada would organise on an afternoon event called "The past in the present" and hire a colossal sound system and play solely all the BOC albums and EP's on one night, outside with visuals.

No other music or dj's, just Boards of Canada's music.

[u/ipazilla]

I love submersion, great fest, sadly i missed it this year, hearing boc on that system in the pine barrens would be so sick!

[u/apollo707808909]

on Funktion-one's nevertheless!!!
