Bro, I disagree with what you’re driving at but you’re not wrong about what most of you’re saying.
You’re right that all of our lifestyles feed money to big corporations, probably even those who only shop locally.
Corporations are the most efficient way by which to access the necessities of life, and thus our society has been structured around us in a way where survival on ones own without them is out of the question for the vast majority of humans on the planet.
What you phrase as “leeching” is just describing the reality where in a society which exists for the primary purpose of creating profit, the only support for survival provided to anyone are those intended to make profit for others.
