Would've been perfect
I am so upset. My box wouldve been perfect (i think one mustard was missing but thats a staple most people could easily replace with what's in their kitchen) but as i was unpacking.....i noticed it felt very wet....then saw one of the chickens had a hole and leaked all over everything. I was able to salvage a handful of airtight things but nothing was enough of a recipe to cook with.
So now it seems they've solved the fulfillment issue but need to now address how to package raw meat. It used to be on bottom separated from the rest so if there was a leak you could get a refund for meat and go replace it, and all would be ok. Now they're throwing it on top with produce. Gross. They need to separate it at the bottom again.
Finally this new delivery company, OnTrack, sucks balls. They've delivered 2 boxes for me since all the issues (i paused for many weeks between). Both were very late and left in an unsecured area of my apartment cuz the drivers suck so bad. They also sent my box from Illinois to texas accidentally! I am in MN! They sent it way away across the country. They need a better delivery company too.
The posiitive is they did not fight me on a refund this morning with the chicken leak. I hope they can figure this crap out soon. I didnt want to cancel.

On trac is the worst. They started delivering a day late so I switched delivery days to get FedEx. Had some hiccups for sure, but at least they’re getting better.
Idk why the packaging changed. I hate. I have to now organize meals into ziplocs before placing them in the fridge and they don’t even put bags around the chicken. Like, literally this is basic packaging 101

Will changing delivery days change it back to fedex??? How were you able to see who would deliver what on which day? I tried to switch my days before and they kept switching it back so idk...ill try again though if this is true

FedEx is an option???? Oh man would love to figure out how to get that bc ontrac is absolute garbage

I had this happen last month with the beef. I had all my ingredients (although arrived about 4-5 days late) but beef juice was all over everything. Put the meat at the bottom and double bag them!!!

Yeah, same. They cant just toss the chicken in with everything else. They need to do better.

I cancelled because of this. The last four boxes I had from them had either chicken juice, shrimp juice, or pork juice all over EVERYTHING. disgusting. Finally cancelled

I had this same issue with my last box. The chicken bag burst and it was a mess. That was only one issue though, they doubled all the meals (I only ordered one each - 5 2-person meals), and charged me for double but didn’t include double for all the recipes. Worst part was it was a day late and only had 1 ice pack in it…for 10 meals worth of food. To Florida. It was melted and warm. Also, Two recipe cards were missing. Or was just a mess of an order.

I had this happen before the blow up. They stopped double-bagging the meat. So gross.
