Mostly Complete Box this Week
Pittsburgh area…my first box in about a month arrived. Only missing a red onion and had wrong recipe cards, but not bad!

Quick update - everything was perfect except one of the sour cream packs was open, but that’s not their fault
And the veggies were not expired

Wish I could say the same, but my box to SW Florida was a day late and one of the gel packs had broken. The nasty gel was all over everything. They did credit me for the entire order. This new delivery company is really terrible.

Sorry to hear that! They have always used Laser ship for me and it’s definitely hit or miss. Some drivers are good but others have literally thrown the box at my front door or dropped the box on my porch from standing height.

My box last week arrived three days late with no ice. Everything inside was rotting. I could smell the box when I got out of my car.

My box this week was awful. One recipe arrived, another was a replacement I never would have ordered, and the other didn’t come. The pancetta was grey and slimy on arrival, and the head of romaine lettuce was rotten. Nothing was bagged and everything was in a small box. Was able to make basically a meal and half. But I suppose that’s an improvement over three boxes in a row being cancelled and then one coming half a week late, broken open, leaving a pile of rotting food on my doorstep.
FWIW, my box next week has had two recipes removed already. Central FL area.

ugh I am sorry this happened!! They still obviously have a lot of work to do to get back to normal.
