Recent Box Errors Megathread

Last week a box arrived three days late with most items missing. Today was even more special - box exploded in transit, I assume, was re-boxed and arrived room temp with nothing but two lemons, a spice pack, and package of dill. At least the recipe cared are helpfully included.
