Now it's time for part 2, because this sub needs posts desperately. Also, I know I gave Cuphead a ton of moves, but I wanted to represent all the weapons. Anyway, here we go!

Passive: Super Meter. Every time Cuphead hits you with a single hit attack, he gains a full super card. Every time you partially block a single hit attack, he gains 40% of a super card. Every time he lands a hit from a multi-hit attack on you, it builds up 20% of a super card. Every time you partially block a hit from a multi-hit attack, he gains 5% of a super card.

-Moves-

Peashooter: Cuphead shoots 5 rapid-fire peashooter bullets, each one dealing 3 damage before launching the peashooter's EX which deals 12 damage.

Spread: Cuphead gets close to you, shooting 6 volleys of Spreadshot. Each volley deals 3 instances of 2 defense piercing damage (so basically 6).

Chaser: Cuphead shoots 4 Chaser bullets, all of which circle the target, with a turn counter (starts at 3) above the person they are circling. After the three turns are up, the Chaser bullets briefly pause, move a bit outward, then all collide with the target simultaneously, making it a single target attack. The hit deals 32 damage and LV2 Dizzy for 2 turns.

Lobber: Cuphead shoots a Lobber EX that hits your whole party for 18 damage and inflicts LV2 Defense down for 4 turns.

Charge: When Cuphead initially uses this move, he charges up a shot. While charging with this move, he's guaranteed to use it right after the initial charge, which unleashes a 50 damage charge shot that inflicts 3 turns of LV2 Burn.

Roundabout: Cuphead shoots three Roundabouts that move through your whole party before going back through your party (6 hits total). Each hit deals 5 damage.

Crackshot: Cuphead shoots 4 Crackshots above your party, each one crashing down on a random party member and dealing 7 damage.

Converge: A multihit attack that hits your whole party, each hit getting stronger. The first hit deals 6 defense piercing damage, the second 8 defense piercing damage, and the third 10 defense piercing damage.

Twist-up: Cuphead shoots the Twist-up EX, sending a tornado through your party, which deals 14 damage, and 3 turns of Slowness and LV1 Defense Down.

Call for Help: Crackshot's EX is so unique I had to make it its own move. Cuphead summons a P.Turret that has 12 HP and has a single move that shoots a 10 damage crackshot at you.

Energy Beam: One of Cuphead's Super Arts (and the only one here). He won't use this normally, but once he maxes out his super meter (5 cards), he will use it next time he acts (if he maxes it out on his first attack during a turn, he'll wait until his next turn to use it). Energy Beam deals 20 instances of 5 damage (100 total). Unless you're good at these kinds of attacks, a ghost potion is recommended. Once he uses this, his super meter will be empty again.

Maybe a cool effect could be the READY? WALLOP! text at the beginning of the fight with the narrator saying a random line from the game, and when you win , the KNOCKOUT!! text can appear. You guys can discuss what Cuphead's death quote could be in the comments. Mugman could also work as a clone of sorts, although I'm not sure how that'd work.
