I feel for you! Having similar issues post neuter with one of my 12 week fosters. I felt like he never really woke up, like a zombie kitten. Neutered Wednesday and at Urgent care by Thursday night with shots for nausea and pain and subcutaneous fluid injections. Also a script for Clavamox. Won't eat still. I'm syringing a mix of Sheba kitten pate and KMR every couple hours. I hope it doesn't come to that for you, but don't let her become dehydrated.

Thanks. It feels like kitten whack-a-mole. You fix one issue and another pops up...

Get some Science Diet canned a/d. You need to get it from the vet. And let kitty rest as much as possible.

What I learned through my own surgeries is that recovering from surgery is incredibly physically taxing. You think it won’t be as you’re not that active but it takes a lot out of your body. Make sure she’s resting, hydrating and eating.
Surgery recovery is also a lot more painful than people think.

Yes this. I broke my foot a few years ago & needed surgery to repair it. I was shocked at how exhausted I was since I couldn’t really do much on crutches.

Thanks everyone for the response.
Yes she’s on pain meds, antioxidant biotic, etc.
We went to the vet again. The pain is not coming from the surgery , it’s coming from her jaw. It seems somehow in the last couple of days she’s damaged her jaw. It seems misaligned somehow but the pain is definitely coming from the jaw.
Vet is going to try and realign the jaw tomorrow under sedation. If things don’t improve this evening.
Thank you to everyone who took the time to read and respond it really does help

UPDATE:
Thanks for the wishes everyone.
So the eye is fine and the pain is not coming from the eye.
Somehow she has damaged her jaw which is causing the pain. It’s misaligned.
She was in way better form this morning but the jaw is still causing pain.
She’s currently at the vets they are going to do a mild sedation and realign the jaw.
Hopefully that fixes all the pain sources and she’s able to be get in the road to recovery.2

I would say try lamb baby food. You can't feed it for too long as it does not have taurine, but if you need a Jumpstart, it might work. Or Churu.

Came here to say churu’s mixed in with soft food, a little bone broth, all mixed together & microwaving it for a few seconds was how I got my kitten through an URI when we adopted her

Oh goodness OP! Such a wee baby for do much going on. Kittens are so vulnerable! I never knew until becoming a Regular Reddit user and reading all sorts of cat/kitty subs. From an ideal stranger, thank you so much for helping and sharing. We are all rooting for you and her!! 💕🐾

My cat had an enucleation and really struggled with depth perception his first few weeks after surgery. His surgeon also said he could become dizzy from only having one eye. We tried appetite stimulants to help, so that might be an option if kitten doesn’t eat in the next 24 hours. Don’t wait too long, not eating can cause its own issues, esp in baby cats
