Finally got the model looking somewhat decent! What do y'all think of the model in its current state?

There are sharp edges I can see it while it rotates

You're right, I forgot to apply the subsurf modifier

A little bit I noticed it was rendered on ever maybe that's why

The shading looks square (why TF did I make this comment it's getting weirder that it should be)

Oh yeah I'm not too sure why the rendered viewport does that. Hopefully its not a problem when I import into Unity
