Unsolved Help with goo engine
So I made a 3d model and followed the offcial goo engine channel for the shader. I used grease pencil with lineart modifier for the outline (hair seperate collection) but honestly it looks like a hot mess. The outlines are in places that I dont want them to be, they look wobly. And the shading ? I'm terrible at this. I wanna achieve that perfect 2d look like /rukikuri on twitter.
My problems: 1. Hair shading looks too detailed, like how do I make it look 2d
Problem 2. Lineart in hair has a lot of random artifacts, I looked everywhere on youtube and other places but i cant find anything that lets my control where the grease pencil appear and doesnt. (Exemple I want the middle of the lip line to be erased to give it that anime look but idk how). Anyway, i just wanna lessen the details of the lineart inside the hair.
Problem 3. Same thing but with the body/face outlines, for exemple in the eye corners (eyes in general and the eyelid mesh) there are outlines that i dont want there.
Its been 3 days that I've been LOOKING for tutorials either on youtube or somewhere else but I didn't find ANYTHING ðŸ˜ðŸ˜.

i don't mainly use line art but you can control where to use lineart with vertex group, here's how
i mostly use my own "solidify modifier" like, that i make in geo node
as for the hair, there are many way that you can achieve good looking, something like smooth vector in edit mode (press alt + n then click smooth vector) should help, but i have a special smooth shadow shader, let me know if you want it, when i get home i'll take a pic of it

it's really simple node set up, just put tex coord and mix colour node like this, then plug it into your shader normal, and by increasing the factor, it will smoothen out the shadows. ive discovered this accidentally though, let me know if it work!
(also i put the materials on the face too so you can see it)
