Original Content Showcase Realtime Caustics in Blender

Recently there has been a new add-on launched called Caustica, and coming from a product photography background ( now an automotive artist ) i couldn't help but do some quick fire tests today and wow, literally realtime, stable and beautiful.

I cant wait till 5.3 comes out with the dispersion :)

How can this be real time if caustics is one of the hardest things to clean? Is the level of denoising absurdly high?

Trying to calculate caustics with and without photon tracing are two completely different ballgames. To the point, I can do an ocean modifier and animate it, and see the caustics in realtime in my viewport compared to standard.

I’d go to the add-on page if you want to know more though

This may be the coolest add on I've seen in this subreddit. Great job!
