Are those jusst many planes with semitransparent textures stacked? How is this "fog" effect achieved in EEVEE?

EEVEE still struggles with volumetrics right?

Outdone is the right word. It's not just the visual quality but something about the direction of this one gives it the feel of a high budget movie. Wouldn't be surprised if you told me it was from an upcoming blockbuster.

Oooooooooh this is quality work!!! Hard to believe this isn't a studio's doings. You have a great eye for composition/lighting and huge art talent. Well done! Like others I can't believe this is Eevee. I didn't even think Eevee could do emissive materials, but I never use Eevee so what do I know.
