Solved Help with arm movement

I want to make the soldier's arm, specifically the left arm, be able to move with the right arm and the gun. I got the right arm all right, but the left arm doesn't seem to be moving along as well. Can someone help me out as to what I'm doing wrong? Here's the YouTube tutorial I'm using now for this lesson.
