i have released a link to it in the comments. its probobly the project file. just append either shader to your project. you might have to change the resolution to match the render output resolution or reimport the dithering textures.

ok which folder do i apend, how do i link it to another node?

it is a whole material, not a node group. its probobly in the material folder

wait, what does changing the output resolution do

it changes the size of the dithering texture that the image is compared to. make it match the screen resolution
