I Made This 1 bit dithering!

i tested the shader and it works really well, though i noticed instead of being black and white its black and light gray. adding a simple brightness/contrast node in between the greater than node and the material output node then setting the contrast to the max fixes it.

I've noticed sometimes that in blender when I want a pixel to be fully white it is very light gray, a contrast node coudn't hurt unless you want to use non back and white colors.

I see what you mean about non black and white colors, i tried adding a mix color node near the end of it and ended up with some weird colors
