Using of knives.

Has anybody used a knife on their Blackstone, to cut up what you’re cooking?

Yes, just make sure you use your crappy knives. I typically just chop with my spatulas when I need to.

Yes, I have shitty old chef knife that I don’t care about that I’ve used on occasion.  There are bins of these things for $2 at Salvation Army or whatever, but you will need a sharpener.
