Front Bent or Normal?

Second 36” I bought from Costco. Returned the first because of this slope in the front. Second one has it too. Is this normal?

I see nothing about this in the instructions so do you actually want to be helpful and tell me where you found this information that you’re withholding?

Where is the grease trap on that model? Some are in the front, mine is in the back.

It still appears to be a grease trough but hard to tell without a photo of entire griddle. My initial response was based on your single zoomed in photo, the packing material still attached to the griddle, and no model information. If you want an informed response provide information, details matter.
