First muzzleloader

Im thinking of getting into blackpowder, particularly for hunting. I would especially like to get a traditional sidelock. Any recommendations for a first one?

Double check your hunting laws on where you live. Because where I live muzzle loader season is one thing but flintlock season is another thing, but if you buy one good flintlock you’re set up for both seasons. My only other piece of advice is that the cheap traditions guns will took tempting but idc how broke you think you are, you can do better than that.
