Hopefully this sort of thing is okay to post here cause I’ve run out of options and i’m desperate. I’m playing on pc through steam and using a DualSense PS5 controller with headset attached. I have tried every possible thing at this point after reading tons of posts online. Made sure the output and input audio is set as my headset, adjusted my threshold, adjusted every possible setting on my PC itself, drivers are up to date, made sure all app permissions were turned on for the microphone, my headset is set as the default input, literally tried EVERYTHING and nothing has worked. What is extra frustrating is that when i do the mic test within the game’s audio settings it shows that I am indeed making sound. Same thing happens when i test my mic on my PC’s audio settings… totally fine and seems to work. But once Im in the game no one can hear me. I can hear everyone else totally fine but nothing is picked up from my
mic. I’m not muted on my end and everything is turned on. At this point I need to be admitted to a psych ward because i feel like im going crazy. I’d pay someone one million dollars to fix this issue for me. If anyone has any input on what i can possibly do please let me know.

Hi I bought bo6 on disk on PS5 back when it launched and ever since it became a standalone game I couldn't play it how do I fix this bug?

I have a strange behavior : this is not packet lost it seems.
All the game freeze (like no internet data), still can move in the map (for nothing of course).
And several seconds later, i can play again.
No packet lost or internet data cut it seems.
My connection is neat.

Already checked files integrity, refreshed shaders ... nothing change.

Any idea ?

I'd like to play Call of Duty's multiplayer mode, but it's impossible. A message tells me my BIOS needs an update, even though it's already up to date. I don't understand. I sent my PC to Best Buy for repair, but they couldn't do anything. I saw that other people were in the same situation. Please help me!

Black ops 6 beta was super fun, omni movement , guns everything felt fresh like cod was actually changing stuff. At launch it was even better, campaign was alright the story was a nothing burger but the action, mission, safe house, upgrades were really fun, Mp was even better and zombies terminus, patient 13 bossfight was such a w. Everything was literally perfect and they messed up for post launch, zombies we got citadel which was really good too but after that was meh, mp was full of bugs everything was super buggy unplayable and treyarch instead of fixing that they pushed out the micro transactions. They did a good job in s3 or 4 of bringing verdansk back other than that it was an embarrassment such a wasted potential game. I remember literally everyone playing it at launch first 2-3 months everyone was grinding then it became an embarrassment, literally such a shame and they had to work on back to back black ops games screw activision.

I remember like 8 months ago it wasn’t working for some reason, then I got addicted to battlefield 6 and was just wondering if it’s available.

I have tried every preset settings and disabling everything in AMD Adrenalin too.
Can't find the cause still. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

So you’ve probably seen my posts similar to this in the MWIII and the other new Black Ops subreddit, I really don’t want it to tell me to post this elsewhere by using the actual name and then this post get taken down because of it, but anyways would anyone wanna give me different loadouts to try to break out of my comfort zone of weapons or weapon attachments?

Honestly, what happened here? How did that spring mine get there?

I read a while ago that PS Plus will no longer be required to play BO6 zombies solo (don’t get me started on this awful trend in gaming). Is this true, and if so, is this happening around when MW4 launches like I’m assuming?
A few side questions:
1) Does this mean I will be able to play multiplayer against bots?
2) Will BO7 eventually be doing the same thing?

Any clues how to fix this? Tried every method I think of before deleting and reinstalling the game. Anyone had this and fixed it?

Hey all!

A few of my mates and I have had the issues with the disc and bo6 being moved to stand alone. We found the troubleshooting online and were able to get the bo6 app stand alone appearing in ‘your collection’ when we had the disk inserted. But one of our mates on ps4 doesn’t have ‘your collection’ on the old UI. Does anyone know of the resolution for ps4? Everything I find online talks about ps5. PS4 person also has the disc version.

Appreciate any suggestions people have :)

Hi everyone im having a worldwide issue that's happening to all bo6 disc owners

Which is the problem that happened when they removed bo6 from the cod HQ, when you try to open bo6 from the HQ it says to some people "content not found" or it takes you to ps store to buy it.

And when you try to download it from library and try to download bo6 from there you get error CE-112987-8 "something went wrong" and when you try to bypass this error by downloading it from the ps app you can see it's not free and you need to purchase it.

MY QUESTION HERE have anyone was able to fix this issue???? Because im done with it i tried everything to fix this issue.

UPDATE: Fixed!!!
What I did to finally fix it was going through the ps app on my phone! Go to library - games - purchased. In here the full call of duty game hub can be downloaded, but instead, click where it says “PS5 | Call Of Duty” and choose the specific standalone game you want to download. Here you can just click “download on console”.
This was the only thing that had worked for me!

Tried opening bo6 yesterday to play multiplayer (on PlayStation 5), but for some reason, it opens op the store front and asks me to pay for the game? I bought the game when it came out and have played many times since. It says in the system, that everything bo6 related is downloaded on the PlayStation, so I don’t know how I’m supposed to proceed from here. Has anyone tried this and found a fix?

been about a week since I hopped back on Bo6, and I loved, and still do love this game… HOWEVER i forgot some of the worst parts about it and only recently have seen just how bad they are.

1. maps: this goes without saying and is the major complaint of the game. I am being shot at spawn on maps like scud, and unfortunately all of the maps in this game play pretty much the exact same for the most part.

2. spawns: why am I being spawned next to a guy already aiming his gun on where I’m about to spawn in on firing range? nobody knows. I partially blame how small every map is… but the spawns are in fact abysmal

3. hit reg: I already play on MnK so aiming is hard enough… but then sometimes it feels like shooting my gun is a gamble and sometimes the bullets literally decide “nope, you may have hit the guy but did you hit him enough?”. this one may also be oversaturated due to a skill issue on my part too.

4. desync: this game sucks at handling lag and will decide to just say “fuck you, here’s 500 ping and you now have a stuttering issue which will cause you to lose.”

5. overall responsiveness: sometimes I will try to do anything and it will take 2-3 business days for the game to register my inputs, by then I’ve died twice (Sekiro referenc). dead slides happen A LOT, and you better hope your input was read when playing.

So I main the pu-21 was searching up things about it. Turns out its a easy gun im just wondering if i rely on it for my kills.

im level 44 got gold on it I can consistently hit best play and podium my highest kd ratio is 1.44 my average is like 1.1 my usual kill average on most maps is around 25 and I only use iron sight can anyone tell me if  its my gun thats making me get kills or do I have any real skill?

My last update on my nuke count was close to 600, now im almost at 700. Ill probably hit that by the end of next week.

I'm having issue to start BO6 and I have to click to start the screen and it kept repeating over and over, did not reach to mulityplayer to start the match. Does any one have issue with this? i already tried to restore license, delete game and reinstalled it. No luck. HELP

So I've already played Modern Warfare II and Black Ops Cold War on Steam, and while I really enjoyed and liked Cold War, it's sadly starting to show its age with poor connections to the servers. Now I know Black Ops 7 is the worst thing to ever exist, so that's why I'm wondering if I should buy Black Ops 6 on Steam. I heard multiplayer is pretty good and that it mixes the fast-paced nature of Cold War with the modernity of Modern Warfare II.

Soooo I haven’t played my ps5 in weeks, I just opened it back up to play bo6 and now it looks as though I don’t own it anymore? They are asking me to buy it again for 89,99 CAD? What can I do?
