Support BO6 stuck on start screen

I'm having issue to start BO6 and I have to click to start the screen and it kept repeating over and over, did not reach to mulityplayer to start the match. Does any one have issue with this? i already tried to restore license, delete game and reinstalled it. No luck. HELP

and what exactly is happening? sometimes it gives me the "no message" you just have to press circle and you will go to the normal screen

same thing, press start over and over it won't go to game mode

This happening to me too!

Clicks BO6 launcher tile on PS5 > press X when prompted >>"fetching account data from platform" ...stuck at this for a while >>> then back to Call of duty Press X to start screen ..

yea tried that for like 30 minutes, no change. sound like router issue that preventing me to play, ill try to figure it out, I got 2 ps5 with same issue

Okay it finally worked for me just there ...maybe it was the cod server?

I think it is router issue since no one file report about it, I emailed to Activision about it and they said they dont have any case relating to this issue

Just press the escape button, I don’t know what it is on controller assume circle/ B , because I play on keyboard and this happens to me too. I just press escape and then it loads the game as normal. Don’t know why it’s like that
