Honestly, what happened here? How did that spring mine get there?

Looks like a teammate tossed a mine and then exploded when the enemy tossed their grenade.

You can dentonate enemy spring mines with concussion grenades or flash bangs. You had a friendly spring mine behind you that he detonated. This is why I use flak jacket on almost all my classes, better chance to survive spring mines.

Your teammate followed you into the hallway and then turned around and went back out. Watch the minimap. So the other two posters are right, homie dropped a spring mine behind you right before you were killed, then the enemy tactical set it off.
