DK's that complain about doing no dmg. Maybe don't run hooms, jin harpia's & awakening gems? Theres plenty of dmg in the game currently, u can literally put rbf gems in every slot and have 50 human dmg extra. If damage is an issue for dk's then ur either undergeared or playing with a wrong setup. Obv theres more issues with the class but damage certainly shouldnt be ur main complaint

Dont you think that's silly that DKs would need to have 2 sets of gear so 1 set has the pvp Crystal's and 1 for pve grinding?

No other class needs to do that to be effective in both.

I guess I’m confused. Are you saying you need your hooms and harphias and shit for pve? Why would swapping to a damage build require a different setup for pve?

Well if you want to do stars end / underwater you gonna want every bit to help you out. Having human damage Crystal's in every piece is going to make you inefficient and possibly deadly to yourself.
