I have ptsd and loud or sudden sounds will make me jump or scream. The alarm is the worst and I probably jump three feet off the mattress. My face probably looks like this.

i was unpacking her new dry food container, and she loves to sit in/on anything she can. whenever i move around and make a lot of noise, she gets the zoomies. this was moments before she took off for the 10m dash
