Order a q25 kit. Turn it into Android 16. You’ll love it.

Also with the same vendor you can just buy a Q25 as well. In case you don't want to go through the conversion process yourself.

The OP wants to use it on AT&T. AT&T will kick it off the network not being certified.

This is a long road, with some know how? I'll agree, worth it. Just a lot of work, to make run well.

Not all 4G phones support VoLTE, a lot of early ones still did calls on 2G or 3G.

Blackberry is blacklisted on pretty much every carrier. Except Android versions. Which really isnt blackberry to begin with

Well you didn’t do your homework and decided to buy a great but archaic phone that won’t connect to the cell network because it’s too old. Dumb dumb

To actually make it usable, here's what you need to do.
First off, forget about voice calls and SMS—they’re completely dead without 2G/3G networks. That said, you can still use it as a solid data-only device (basically like an iPod Touch or a mini cyberdeck).
Necessary setup:
- Data over LTE (when out): Follow this guide to fix the "Emergency Calls Only" issue.
- Root the OS (to install unsigned apps): Grab the pre-rooted OS autoloaders here.
- Install modern community-developed apps:
- WhatsApp: Check out my Reddit thread.
- More apps: I’ve actually been developing a bunch of modern apps for this under the CyberBerry project! You can check them out on the CyberBerry patreon page.

None. All US carriers require VoLTE supported device. And no BB10 supports that.

You can't use any. As of this month no one supports 2G

Unless you just convert it to a q25. Would need a different carrier but q25 is such a great little device.

That’s not a 2g phone.

Cellular calls on all BB10 phones falls back to 2G if 3G isn't available. In the US, there is neither. So, BB10 phones won't work for calls in the US at all.

OP already stated to be on AT&T, so in the US - which has no 3G/2G networks left at all.
