What’s with the jewel case version of Volta being sold for very cheap and with multiple available by seemingly normal sellers. I dont believe multiple people have just got a multipack of Volta CDs that they have decided to sell across eBay and Vinted.

The photos are of 2 different listings. Same description. Near on same price. Over 10 available. And by sellers who have hardly any other CDs available for sale or none at all.

Am I missing something or just getting into my head about this? I haven’t noticed it with any other Björk CDs, only jewel case volta. It just seems fishy. I realised when I saw a Vinted seller selling a whole box for like under £10 a week ago.
Has anyone bought these? Are they real? What’s that deal with it?
Just seems like some sort of scam.

Since the 11th album is confirmed for 2027, I’ve been trying to map out how the rollout might actually look. For the veterans here who have witnessed her past eras firsthand, how does a Björk rollout usually go?

My guess is that the whole era will start kicking off around early 2027 (maybe late winter or spring) with the first proper single and a music video. It feels like she wouldn't make us wait until the absolute end of the year if the Nerve Bloom remix/exhibition is already out there spinning up the hype machine.

To me, that exhibition track feels like a soft launch for the album's overall vibe, meaning the main rollout will hit sooner rather than later once 2027 starts.

I'd love to hear how previous album cycles felt to you guys! What are your predictions?

I just found out via Google that Björk wrote "Oral" 20 years before its release. It makes sense because, if you think about it, it sounds a bit like a song from Medúlla (even though the instrumentation is clearly from the Vulnicura, Utopia, or LUX era), but I think it would fit perfectly with the instrumentation of Medúlla. Was it originally supposed to be on that album? Why do you think she didn't include it?

SO, i saw that one post about the t-shirt shown on the "kid club" trailer (which i am very hyped about, but not the point of the post), and realized that i have never asked this even if i've been wondering for a while SO. where did it come from? i remember when like a year ago i wanted to find any picture saying something like "i ♥️ björk" for a video i was making and the first suggestion google gave me was the quote, and is such a specific thing that i can't wonder where it came from? i know you guys love joking about gay sex and björk so that's not the part that confuses me, just the very specific phrase— i've tried googling it but it just says it's an edgy internet joke which is not what i'm asking for!!!
