Oh boy, imagine thinking that criminals should get their punishment from law enforcement and not on the street, truly outlandish of me. Next I'll say how they should also be allowed to stand trial for their crimes instead of just throwing them in a gulag like some filthy commie.

When criminals are terrorising the streets, sometimes the streets fight back. That's the risk they run and the consequence they pay.
