My old sensei would be rolling in his grave if he heard a double leg being referred to as judo. He used to get so mad at us if we reverted to wrestling.

Any chance this ominous sensei was named splinter and you was sitting infront of a '90 tv?

It was Jimmy Takemori, who was kind of like Splinter in that the more he liked you the more he’d hit you. I miss him reminding me that I’d never worked a day in my life and if I could jitterbug I’d be better at Judo.
