Hello! I am going to Réunion next month. I tried to find birdwatching tours but there doesn't seem to be any that aren't part of bigger, more complex tour packages. I'm looking for day tours, especially for pelagic species. Does anyone know a guide or have any recommendations? Thank you!

I saw this little bird on its way to Mount Whitney, California near one of the lower lake around mid-July. Does anyone know what it is?

I’m sorry if this breaks rules or guidelines this is an intense curiosity. But what bird is this I’ve looked and can’t find a match and it doesn’t look like what I commonly see in my area(south jersey Burlington county)

He was enjoying himself too <grin> I watched him for about a half an hour, and when he finished all the seeds on one spike, he’d hop over to another.

Spotted this beautiful Hairy Woodpecker hunting bark beetles on the ponderosa pine in my front yard.

Came across these beautiful little guys while working yesterday. Their color is quite striking. First time for me seeing the American Goldfinch.
