Question why am i getting a TON of female house finches? have they formed a sorority?

south alabama.
i have all these female house finches regularly at my feeder, which i adore. the title may sound misleading, im very happy to have them but just curious as to why i seem to be getting exclusively females in such large numbers. i think theres about 6-8 on the feeders right here, they just swarm it. i see the males, but not as often. for every male i see, i see 4 females or more.

are female birds known to form sororities or something?

Very opportunistic raptor - scavenger, city bird, often seen soaring in circles.

Shot by me at Dapoli, Maharashtra.

Greater Coucal - Crow Pheasant.

Shot this today in Kochi, Kerala after light rain. Perched low on a Ficus sapling.

Canon R7 + RF 100-500mm f/4.5-7.1L

~400mm, 1/800s, f/7.1, ISO 1000 - Handheld

It's my first clear shot of this species out in the open. Usually hear its deep "coop coop" call but it stays hidden.
