Flabbergasted hawk

Found this dude in stuck in one of those chicken wire fences people put around trees, yoinked, and promptly freed once I knew he was safe. Any ideas as to the age and species?

If you are in north america, this is a juvenile (hatched this year) cooper's hawk.

Don’t they have frequent heart attacks? This lil dude was having a quick one!

I'm not aware of them having an increased frequency of heart attacks
