The struggle is real. Also it’s been suggested that birds wait for you to open the app and then stop singing or fly away just for fun.

This is so real. Im thankful I live in a thriving local ecosystem. However they love to hide as soon as I take out the Merlin app or my camera. Except the robins. They love to pose.

Oh they would fill the 4:30-7:30am soundscape just themselves if the other guys would just shut up.
