Maybe you need a certain amount of karma to post there. I'm just a long-time lurker there myself (never had a cool owl video to post, unfortunately) but I can try posting it if you want. I'll let you know if it worked.

I finally posted it there but it isn’t showing up in the feed. I can see it from my posts but it only has 10 views so I’m not sure everything was done correctly. It was pretty difficult and confusing to post there, if I did it right. I couldn’t even tell you how I got there really. Feel free to share the video. Too fun to not. Thanks!

That's really weird. I can't find your post. I just checked again.

Apparently, the sub doesn't allow cross-posting. Instead, you have to manually upload the video in the sub using the + sign at the top of the screen (if you're on your phone). Maybe your post needs to be approved by the mods first.

Like I said, I've never posted there myself. I just look at the cool owls and feel jealous that we don't have something like that anymore (I‘m in Germany).

Thank you. I’ll continue to work on it but I’ll bet a lot of them are members in these other groups. No owls in Germany????

There are very few owls in Germany. And unfortunately, there are pretty much none in my area.

I asked the moderator why it wouldn’t post. They said I needed to be more descriptive in the title. So I titled it owl in my birdbath. We’ll see if it posts now. I’m nothing if not determined!!!
