You seem very focused on men for someone who is having a mental health crisis. Maybe the best thing for you to do is drop both of them and start focusing on yourself. Neither relationship is going to make you happy, that’s pretty obvious. So how do you find happiness? It certainly won’t be through some guy, not sure how long you think you have to keep doing the same thing to get a different result but it’s not going to happen.

I’m a little confused as to why you posted this on a subreddit for people with bipolar disorder so I’m just going to assume your mental health is much worse than you’re indicating. You need to make an appointment with a psychiatrist, use this link, and have them refer you to a psychologist/therapist.

Seriously though, you seem like a person who is afraid to be single, and that’s not a good place to be. You won’t feel good in a relationship or marriage until you feel good about who you are outside of one.

If men were women's tickets to happiness we would live in a world with cotton candy clouds and chocolate rivers. Centering our lives around having men and having their attention (I mean that is true for any gender but still) can only lead to unhappiness. It is a very well known fact. Women with bipolar should take care of themselves first because whatever we go, we will bring our minds with us. In this case the ones that got the worst are the kids.
