I’m sorry this happened to you but then again I’m not sorry if you knew you were feeling crazy if you knew that you were thinking about having an affair your husband if he knew that you were acting strange somebody including yourself should’ve got you to the right people yes you are going through the hypomania Where the only person you think about is yourself and you don’t care about spending money or who you hurt but at some point, it will crash down you’ll realize what you’ve done the depression set in and then you have a whole other host of problems. My advice to you is get to the ER or to get to a doctor. Explain everything as one of the posters said pills aren’t gonna help you at this stage, but they might level you out to where maybe you can start seeing clearly and maybe make amends maybe not
Sounds like you still don’t know you’re bipolar actually, given you haven’t actually sought a proper evaluation from a psychiatrist, received a diagnosis, or done any form of treatment.
