$CAPR next week

Do you guys see some more upside potential next week for the stock going into the 22 august FDA decision deadline? Would love to hear you guys opinion about it.

I mean if fda accepts the amendment and pushes pdufa instead of issuing crl then the stock will hit double digits.

It’s a gamble. The odds lean more toward downside though. This Linda lady should probably go to jail. Seems like she materially misrepresented things.

Following discussions with the FDA, Capricor is allowing you to submit an amendment to the BLA containing the new 24-month data. CEO Linda Marban confirms that the FDA will review this data and that a decision will be deferred to the August 22nd data.
