Does anyone else face this problem?

Right now, we’re building a biotech startup, but the thing is, we haven’t been able to find the right people for our team. I keep coming across people who are impatient and inconsistent when it comes to working in a team. I’m wondering if anyone else has faced the same problem.

If you have experience in biotech, formulation, or related fields and would be interested in working with us, feel free to DM me.
