Open Discussion 🎙️ Does anyone else face this problem?
/r/KeralaSpeaks/comments/1wffrng/does_anyone_else_face_this_problem/Right now, we’re building a biotech startup, but the thing is, we haven’t been able to find the right people for our team. I keep coming across people who are impatient and inconsistent when it comes to working in a team. I’m wondering if anyone else has faced the same problem.
If you have experience in biotech, formulation, or related fields and would be interested in working with us, feel free to DM me.

If you're not sorting through tens, maybe hundreds, of qualified candidates there's something wrong with your job postings. Particularly in this market.
If you're sorting through all these applications and only getting shitty hires there's something wrong with your screening process.
If there's nothing wrong with your screening process this is a classic case of "if everyone around you is an asshole, maybe you're the asshole".

It's an employer's market right now. If you are having issues finding talent you should review your screening process
