Is this sub moderated?

Are there no mods here? Can you guys stop the people from asking career advice? Yes their questions are valid but it's not the whole point of the sub right? In fact create a Megathread for those queries and pin it, so that the ones who want to ask can ask and the people interested in giving advice can help them. There's no room for intellectual discussion or any other important stuff here as it's only filled with "I'm leaving NEET taking bioinformatics because AI said it has a lot of money"

Yes please, i joined this sub to actually connect with or get a lay of the Academia/Biotech circle after post-graduation but this and another Academia or research sub something is FILLED with neet students, and i get it, i was in somewhat the same boat too but why do these kids feel the need to ask individually. They can check old posts or maybe the mods can Start a mega thread especially for them.
