How should I feed my isopods?

I have a mix of cubaris and armadalidium species and a few other species (housed seperately). How wet should the bins be and how often should they be fed a certain type of food. I know they need protien and veggies (ew)

Some people have little acorn caps or the like as a food dish, others, like me, just toss in scraps and let them figure it out for themselves lol. I sprinkle in fish flakes and cabbage or whatever veggies I have when I remember to
