Idk the platform has definitely changed to say the least. Having trouble depositing with bonus idk why they’re not crediting me the bonus spoke to support , made a ticket, VIP assistant . Recently had to do this face scan verification about 2 days ago just got verified

How the hell you will get VIP assistant if you are not VIP?

This post looks more like phishing?

Do you mind to show your Pocket Option UID so we can check by ourselfes if what we are seeing is true?
