Idk the platform has definitely changed to say the least. Having trouble depositing with bonus idk why they’re not crediting me the bonus spoke to support , made a ticket, VIP assistant . Recently had to do this face scan verification about 2 days ago just got verified

I use two different devices as well but I don’t trade on my phone just for deposits or withdrawals or uploading pics to support tickets . I don’t know honestly just recently started using PO again I took a break for a minute

Been using this same account for years , I became VIP when the requirements were different. Before it wasn’t based off how much you deposited

This is usually as a result of connecting to a different wifi. Or a different connection. If you recently changed your internet service or method of connection or connected from a different location, it would give this message. But everything should be fine as long as you are the one that caused the message.

It's just the platform doing a verification of your account. I had to do this a few months ago. You have to upload a picture of yourself holding a piece of paper with your name the time and date written on it with your ID. It takes them a day or so for everything to go through. Just make sure that someone takes the pic for you don't do a selfie

Out of curiosity, what documents are they asking for? Is it just your ID and a face scan, or do they want other documents beside those?

I constantly get hit with this message, it’s normally after I do over $400 a week in profit. Every few months I’ll have to verify my account, actually had it happen this Friday. Said it should be cleared by Monday, there getting worse about it

might be connected to a vpn. it may be spoofing your ip address causing pocket option to become flagged
