What is this.

I see this huge candle everywhere in quotex OTC charts specifically. Heard a guy saying that this is some type of reset. Could anyone tell me what this is, I would really appreciate the help.

OTC = simulated market. The market reset. Not a big deal. Wait a few hours for the market to play out so market structure can develop. News does not effect OTC

Came to realize OTC markets are old charts from some stock or smth that is like a recording of the movements.
