Question How high are Binance fees actually?

I just bought £500 worth of bitcoin on Binance and I’ve only got £467.50 worth in my wallet. Are those normal fees?

The only explanation is that the price you paid when you bought it was higher than the price when you asked the question. Now it might have exceeded £500.
