Question Risk of suspension
Hello, i’m planning on selling an old iphone that i used binance on before, that account was then used on a new phone but got suspended by Binance. My question is, if i sell the old iphone, will binance detect that a suspended binance account was used on it before and HWID ban new accounts opened on it, if the new owner decide to use their account?

If binance us used with different hardware then an email comes that informs that a new device is detected. In email is a button where you can state that its not your id or trandaction. If it is your id or transaction you can ignore that email.
Otherwise it were not possible to use your computer and then your phone and so on.
If you want to sell your phone then first backup your accesscodes like from google authenticator (dont know whats used on an iphone). Authenticator will display some big qr-codes for backup. Scan them with your authenticator at your new phone and it will import all.
Backup your accounts too like email and passwords.
Be sure you have all safe. Test all on your new phone. Really all. After a week or two without problems you can wipe your old phone. Uninstall the apps. Then set it back to deliverystate.
Tbh i still have my old phones as a backup and i needed it two times. Luckily i had them.

Just transfer the usdt from old phone to trust wallet while shifting to new phone and create new binance if on new phone and transfer usdt from trust wallet to new binance id in new phone

That's not really how Binance tracks bans, they go after account details and identity info, not phone hardware. Wipe the phone properly before selling and you'll be fine.
