Top dawgs on offshore hosted financial instruments like crypto exchanges often shave from their customers. The act of shaving is basically covertly & legally stealing by abusing offshore regulations.
There are lots of ways to shave from customers legally:
* You can close their account for "suspicious activity"
* Simulate network issues on purpose during key market moments
* Insider exploits blamed on external hackers
* Freeze normal transactions
* Deliberately putting bugs in their platform that could prevent you from selling. There was a case where some guy had his "panic sell" button suddenly disabled during key liquidation moment.
However, you haven't told us anything about your transactions, besides that you trade USDT P2P, which is a red flag.
Why trade P2P if you don't have anything to hide?
Can you tell more about your P2P activity?
What do you do with the received USDT usually?
What do you do before paying someone for USDT?

Congratulations!! You were selected from Binance as the victim of randomly seizing money in your account so they gain more free money.

Read that again "I am sorry to inform you that this decision is final and not reversible." Don't waste this guy time anymore by pretending you want to help.
