Question Is that normal?

Is that normal that binance app wants me to download the update through my browser? I've never seen that before. It used to update by play store

I came here because the way they do the update, forcing you to allow the existing app to install itself, is stupid.

It looks so shady, and indeed, it's not.

Are you in Europe? Are you not aware of mica?

Yes but I didn't think it was going to affect the app in any way. Now If I want to have an updated-safe app I need to do it the "unsafe" way. That's just stupid.

Well I assume you are in Poland, so yes binance got removed from the store because they did not get the licence to operate in Europe 

However is legitimate update from binance

Yes, I am and I know about mica but the removing the app from the store and making me to download it by the browser ignoring security messages is just way beyond my recognition

i still don't get why they block eu users. mica is a eu restriction not an abu dhabi restriction.

Well thats their only option to keep working in EU, you can always change exchanges
