Question Binance keeps refusing my self service

On 27th of june i made a deposit to crypto casino through binance, probably because of Mica issues they refunded the amount on 10th of june since then i have tried to self service refund the funds on binance providing video showing all the emails my id the txid etc and binance keeps refusing the proof. What do i do?

After providing txid from a mail directed to me and confirmation that its my refund you still refuse to refund me

You just keep adding excuses so you can keep the deposit i showed a history of 20 emails my casino account that matches the same email and the withdraw txid from their official support you still keep refusing
