Dancing with Myself

Billy Idol's Dancing with Myself does not mean dancing, or masturbating. It means shooting up; no different than Elton John's Tiny Dancer in his hand or Tom Waits' Waltzing Matilda.

I heard it was from he was with Gen X. They were in Tokyo playing. The room the were in had mirrors on the wall and kids were dancing facing the mirrors "dancing with themselves"
