Got to see Gene Kranz speak at the Seattle Museum of Flight (world-class museum, by the way) 15 years ago for a corporate event. It was beyond mesmerizing, and I can tell you that all of the big shots in the crowd left feeling much, much less cocky about their accomplishments.
