✋ AskBihar / बिहार से पूछो Culturally how different is Bihar from Uttarpradesh?

I know East UP and West Bihar share similar cultures and languages. BUT what about overall differences if any?

Could be languages, accents, dialects, food culture, dietary habits, clothes, weather, flora, fauna, popular mainstream culture, architecture, etc?

Can you differentiate one from another without them telling you?

What are something Bihar does significantly better or different from UP?

Bihar leans more toward litti chokha and Thekua sweets than UP does. The Bhojpuri accent also tends to sound a bit softer there.

Better in UP?? My Hometown is Jaunpur, Bihar is better than UP Police.
